Ambient Soundscapes is a beatless, light and mindful voyage into ambient music. A contrast to the chaos, noise, loudness and sound pollution, painting a quiet image in a moment of stillness as neo-expressionist Jean-Michel Basquiat so well said it “Art is how we decorate space, music is how we decorate time…”
Ambient Soundscapes is the first soundset by Danish ambient producer and sound designer Lauge, released on Luftrum. The set contains 72 signature presets with ambient sounds from lush and layered pads to beatless textures and drones, mysterious soundscapes, glitchy experimental keys and bits of uncrowded anomalies.
The set is created in Omnisphere 2.6, so you need that version or later to play the sounds. All presets are sorted in official Spectrasonics categories.
Take a deep dive into the 14 minute demo vid above. The demos are created by Erot, Tauon, S1gns Of L1fe, Samo Zoko, Spacecraft, Lauge and Invisible Ralf. All the demos you hear in the vid, are produced using presets from the soundset. There's a preset breakdown of each demo track, in the description of the YouTube vid.
