West Africa has a flute. India has a flute (Bansuri.nki). Middle East has one (Ney).

Sorry I missed this. I have the free Kontakt player, where you can find them in the factory selection under World. Patches may be differently organized in Komplete.

A bit late, but UVI World Suite 2 has several nice flutes, from different ethnic categories.
