Sorry guys, if the title is a bit misleading!
I am using Bitwig & Live, is there a plugin (free or stock) can let me view the wave form changing where 2 OSCs FM'ing each other?
Simply put, I saw some youtuber playing a Sin wav from their VST and a plugin or tool can show a Sin wav shape. What's the name of that kind of plugin/tool.

If we're talking about waveshapes, the Oscilloscope is what you need.
But spectral content tends to be much more "revealing" than simply looking at waveshapes, and you're going to need a Spectrum Analyzer for that.
Both kinds should be included in your DAW, but there are going to be both free and paid alternatives if needed.

Personally I like Melda MOscilloscope for a scope, and Voxengo Span for a spectrum analyzer.
Spectrum analyzers are particularly nice for FM, since the sidebands that FM introduces are shown very clearly.
