Sample library for percussion (bongo, cajon, conga, etc.)?

I'm looking for a simple sample library that won't break the bank. I'd prefer individual files (like wav) before a Kontakt instrument or something of that sort. Something that would give me access to a general selection, I don't need the highest quality samples out there.
If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I've been looking at some sample providers these days but there are just so many out there, I find it hard to figure out which one to go for.
Thanks!

The Pulpo Audio stuff seems really good for free. For not free, the Latin EZX and Flying Hand Percussion seem like the top choices.

I'm selling my UVI percussion at the moment, I had forgotten that. It is on special at UVI at the moment too for only a few dollars more than I want. It is pretty good but I have too many percussion libraries anyway and it is one of the few or only one that allows license transfers.

Are you looking for multisampled velocities or one-shot WAVs?
If one shots:
FXpansion - Geist Expander Cinematic Percussion (lots of Latin American, good selection of Brazilian, many articulations and round-robins)
RARE Percussion - Culture Alchemy series
RARE Percussion - Percussion Science series
Samplephonics - Afro Latin Percussion
Samplephonics - Eclectic Percussion (Afro-Latin plus some interesting ones like Waterphone, Buzzbow)
Wave Alchemy - Afro Latin Percussion series
Some of these are on Splice so you can buy a month and get whatever you can get with the monthly allotment.

In Session Audio is coming out with a new World Percussion library as well. It is Kontakt so doesn't necessarily fit the OP's request, but looks pretty flexible:

actually Orchestral Tools has such a library for their Sine engine that's pretty inexpensive. Wait, I think it may be free.
