I'm sure with a few hours of internet i could find out (and probably i will, later) but it seems like a fun topic.
Does anyone here have an idea of what i should charge for an audio logo. i already did some but i think it's time to get paid...
i'd also like to encourage people that are good at sound design to think about the potential of doing things like this.

The right price is when both buyer and seller feel equally lucky (or robbed)
What is an hour of your time worth?
What asking price would not be an insult?

This is something I should have spent time on for myself ages ago.
As for marketing an audio logo production business: You could approach it from the perspective of both online store and bespoke audio logo production - charging different rates for each. The store would promote your brand and provide a quick method for people to browse and purchase - make them as limited as you please. And also offer a personal service where you work more closely with the customer to develop something unique for them - charging more as the perceived value should be greater and more of your time will be spent in design and development.

Those are good questions Bert. Having never bought nor sold one i'm not sure where to start. An hour of my time spent on audio is quite variable but just guessing.
This is a custom job so it will cost something substantial just not sure what.
