layo and bushwacka have always been up there as some of my fav artists - they can be so deep/soulful yet funky

just checked it out - realised it's a mix I already bought on CD. to anyone who hasn't heard it, it's excellent stuff i prefer CD1 but that's just my taste.

anyone remember a mixmag mix they did called "Cheeze free ibitha"? That was good stuff too

You could always open your audio editor, stamp record, then press play on the site.
But, erm, I never suggested that, right?

I prefer the 1st CD too....both pretty cool tho.

Must admit, just from the 5 tracks here, I'm sorely tempted to get the album.

I've got 'Night Works' - totally awesome album, I it.
It's all I've heard by them up til this mix on this site.

I was trying to find a discography or something when I found this site. No discography here, but I did end up with this on loop for quite a while while I was surfing around yesterday.

The Sly and the Family Stone mix is pretty fuckin awesome though. I always loved that track anyway. They do it justice imo.
