Grasso is a complete saturation and dynamics unit.

Includes some special features like level-independent dynamics, tube-saturation stage, dynamic and level-independent pre-drive filtering, spank control and a modeled power-supply.

It is very useful to add color and dynamic control to mixes and single tracks, from subtle to extreme.

Main features:

- tube-modeling
- level-independent dynamics (without any threshold and without any triggering)
- level-independent dynamic filtering (on attack and decay)
- detailed control on tube circuits with several options
- "spank" feature (post-drive dynamic response)
- modeled "weak" power supply (more harmonics or "sagging")
- special post drive expander for great dynamics

Back at work on monday and doing a lot of video presets (short youtube vids showing the path to the preset)

Anyone using this? I wish there were a demo so I could try it out myself. How does this plugin sound when compared to real tubes? Somehow I expected that this plugin would cause more stir when it was released, but it seems that is not the case.

Very VERY late to the party, but just discovered this little fella..

Creamy, rowdy , dark and quite complex....can be lovely on drums.

It's crying for a wet/dry knob,
so i put it on a send and bleed in a little bit of this and a little bit of that.
