Some messages I want to get out of the way.

Every time I start on of my DAWs, this windows pop up and it is just enoing.
Anybody who knows how to get them out of the way?

Screenshots are taken while Cubase is starting.



I know, I bought this Reverb longer time ago,but it just keeps asking for the code.
Its on my iLock, but something isn´t right.
