The link to the BFD License Manager is on the final page of the FXpansion migration process - if you don't see it for whatever reason, go to www.bfddrums.com/downloads.html for the BFDLM.

have done the migration, than uipdated to 3.4 and had to update all content paths.
The content paths are realy stupid, it doesn't find them, so i have manualy add all paths
like c:\programme(x86)\fxpansion and programm data and my library on Drive G
If i only select my library on drive G it only finds the bfd3 drum, without expansions and bfd2 content
An email for an free expansion has not arrived me yet, how long does it take ?

Inside your InMusic account, go to My Products, there is a "See Details, Downloads, and Offers" button you click. under BFD3. You should be able to select "get free BFD Expansion" which will give you a "Serial" copy that, and use it on the BFD Drum site.

the 'redeem now' button on profile.inmusicbrands.com doesn't worktq wrote: Mon Apr 19, 2021 6:52 pmHm, how did you get the free pack? I could register everything fine, but I don't seem to see any option to get the free pack - when I go to my BFD registration, it says "redeem" there, but if I click it, it leads to an empty page. Also, no mail regarding this.Kom wrote: Mon Apr 19, 2021 6:42 pm I appreciate the updates and the free pack! I've got everything going.
Beyond that, I got everything running (standalone even works on my M1 Mac Mini - the plug in not so much, but that was to be expected).
Instead you need to manually go back to bfddrums.com, click thru to the expansions page for the one you want for free, click 'buy' on the expansion and then during the checkout process click 'enter promotional code' option and paste the code you got on the 'my products' page on profile.inmusicbrands.com after clicking the redeem button on your BFD3 registration

Go to MY PRODUCTS on InMusic profile. Hit the see details and offers button and generate the serial for the freebie. Then go to the main bfddrums.com page and go to products-expansions. Buy the desired expansion and apply code. Simples.

It's not that straight forward... There is a coupon code in the top right of the promotions screen.
I did the migration but after the software migrated to inMusic, other than a short email saying success, there was no other information. No link to the software manager. No info about the free pack. etc. Nothing in "spam".
To me I feel like I am moving $2500 worth of software into it's grave.
Maybe after sometime I will feel more confident about this BFD fiasco. But for now.... (I should have sold it all long ago)
maybe we have already to much expansions, so that we don't get a free expansion, because we already have it

The process migrated my stuff but neglected to send me a password for InMusic. I don't remember having an Account there before. Anyway, reset password worked.
Managed to find how to get the free product. Just need to decide what now.
Thanks operandx
Decided what to get, clicked on Redeem Now and was taken to a mostly black page with the heading ''Product Registrations''.

I don't have any such option. All that is is a buy page. Clicking through the buy process is only going to require me to pay money.jdnz wrote: Mon Apr 19, 2021 7:31 pm

no it doesn't - I just did exactly what I documented, pasted in the code from the inmusic site and the amount payable dropped to zero - so I now have my free expansionjancivil wrote: Mon Apr 19, 2021 7:45 pmI don't have any such option. The other user here helped me... find BFD3 in your inMusic product list and click the "see details download and offers" and it should show a list of the free expansions and your code. I also did not get instructions for the freebie after migrating.jancivil wrote: Mon Apr 19, 2021 7:46 pmHere there isn't.There is a coupon code in the top right of the promotions screen.
