Yeah, DarkStar; really cool skin. I especially like the icons and title bars (although I agree that background is a little bright; not too hard to change that though).

I like it too, the maker of the silver and gold skins had one called tigerskin thats really nice (0927_2D Steel_Tiger)

open the vst-gui -> there open the 'file'-menu in the top left corner and choose 'grab icon'

great works boys, Ext looks better and better! maybe one day Jorgen should include one of those real clean skins as default skin, because I heard a lot of newbies I try to convert to my new audio religion (meaining the ext sect

) compalining about the purple and no contrasted default skin (and a lot about executable icon too...) should be easy to do, and really benefic.
why not competiting about a 100% original skin (no softaware emulation, due to legal issue, otherwise sx skin is really clear and friendly) to be shipped as default skin??? hey GUI designers, let's show what you can do!!

(I m just kiddin, but I hear this GUI complain everytime a noob try ext. they really prefear console GUI. blinded people hahaha

), and each time I explain the drag n drop trick and advice some real good skins. but I can't do on each newbie back
