Iz the fab filter the best reverb on earth?

It-az-to be one of Z bestest reberbs I think in term of tha options id givs.
It'z capable of many differwent tonez as well has applications.
Good wit vocals, az a nice short sound, and convolution for drums and the tail soundz natural for percussive without harsh artifacts. Also good for ambient styles of musik too. Shit, Id have ta rate this one pretty eff'n high.

Dislike these types of threads. There is no best reverb. Thats like saying the best color is irrefutably red, or the best animal is a Sloth. All too subjective, and different reverbs can be better and worse in different situations. But yes, the FabFilter Reverb is nice.

The best is so subjective, but for me it is one of the best indeed. For the reason of sound (it just fits so many material), innovation (decay rate eq) and the workflow (meaningful "macro" parameters that change internals to achieve the desired property like distance, brightness, character).

I find the Pro-R to be ok, but prefer the Valhalla ones for character and Melda TurboReverb for flexibility

yes, of course. Everyone knows Fabfilter is the bestest anyways. Ask teh proZ!

My personal favorite is good ol' VintageVerb though.
Not that it's the bestest sounding of them all, but it fits the best for me on most things, is really versatile, and despite it's name can easily sound modern/transparent. It's also very light on the CPU

Beats me, but it is joint least favourite reverb for me along with all of the Valhalla reverbs (ducks and hides)

For such a price tag (and the general reputation of Fabfilter for making extremely transparent sounding plugs) i was expecting more though

Likewise, and it kind of just has one sound that i really happen to not like or find gels well. Given the flexibility of things like Saturn etc i too was expecting something a bit less, how to put it, one note

as already written, you can't go wrong with fabfilter. the best? no. one of the best? yes.
