Ableton collections: Is there a limit to how many plugin items?

I got 38 plugins in one and cant put any others in it. I got another for wavs only and got a whole lot more. So is it just a plugin thing? The plugins I'm-a-tryin' to put in are fabfilter and I already got some fabfilter plugins there.
