Melda MBandPass - how to enable/disable LFO Modulation ?

I use and really like the MBandPass Vst. However I can't figure out how to enable or disable LFO modulation on a filter. I know it's possible as filter modulation is enabled via some of the presets. I just can't figure out to manually enable or disable it.

I'm guessing that it's something obvious that I'm missing. :?

This is on Reaper if it makes any difference.
