Not likely, Blue 3 is planned for the next year, it might include Predator 3 though.

Edit: If I am not mistaken,... for FREE, while holding a license to Explorer 6 (since the last quarter of 2019 iirc), I've received an entirely new synthesizer called Quad, a VST port of Vecto, a basically rebuilt and amazing Blade 2 and some significant updates like SBB 2 and Punch 2 received recently... pretty sure there was even more, like some Prisma additions... not incl the updated patch banks for various synths.

I'm not sure, I'm just relaying what Rob has said in his streams. Predator 3 is scheduled to be finished sometime this year, after which Jon and Rob are gonna focus on finishing Blue 3. However, that's not gonna happen until 2022 because Blue 3 is a bigger project.

But Explorer 6 came out in November of 2019 and Explorer 7 is not even out yet, so what makes you think that Blue 3 won't be part of it? The final addition to Explorer 6 was Blade 2, roughly a year after Explorer 6 first appeared.
