Yet another hardcore retro/lo-fi free VSTi from me - plugin that allows to use a modern DAW to create the lovely horrible oldschool single channel PC speaker music, like old DOS games had when no sound card has been installed. I mean, like Monkey Island or Lotus III had.

The main feature of the plugin is of course not the sound, which is the simplest thing possible (single channel square wave), but the instrument and priority system that helps to cram a few music channels into single monophonic square generator, by interrupting least important sounds, interleaving, and such - all tied to the actual PC Speaker capabilities and methods. You can even export the end result to be used in an actual MS-DOS (or other) program, a QBasic example how to play it provided.

Finally finished a proper demonstration both of the plugin's capabilities and PC Speaker potential. Music that is written using this plugin and Reaper, then played through the actual hardware (XT or better). All you hear there is just a single voice of pure square wave without volume control.
