Is it possible to set the midirange of on track for a vst?
Want to play two vst on two tracks on a differend midirange, some sort of splitting the sound?

You could try the Range settings in the MIDI Modifiers plugin (which gives note values rather than numbers) in the Inspector.

Oh, may be the Cubase Elements does not offer this feature.

If your MIDI controller supports it, you can set two split sections on the keyboard, which respond to different MIDI channels, and then set the two VST tracks to those MIDI channels.
