i guess it would be nice to know the reasons why it's funny.

some songs might not be intentionally made to be funny but are funny to the listener somehow.

the rod stewart one is funny to me because i read an article about stevie nicks staying at rod's home and she said that rod would play that song every morning... as if he wants stevie to finally say "yes rod, i do think you are sexy"

Man, I was a kid when Tattoo You came out. I bought the record (might have still been in elementary school). I hated it so much. It just did not rock like I had expected.
