Looks like I miss 20 rounds of OSC. So here is my weird short something for this round. Lots of percussive stuff and pitch bending. I have used Blooo, and I found that name is good for this track.
https://soundcloud.com/trojakew/blooo
FL Studio 20.6
17 instances of Full Bucket Blooo
DAW FX's:
7x Fruity parametric EQ 2
2x Maximus
4x Fruity Limiter
1x Fruity Peak Controller
6x Fruity Reeverb
3x Fruity Delay 2
Other FX's:
2x VST zOne Amplio 2

Now you're ready for action. It is still very early yet.
Thanks for the support! I might just pull through nowIV! wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 11:55 am I think we've all been through this. I was losing more than four hours of work, and then doing it all over again one-on-one is very difficult; minus the moral, as they say... However, try to process in your mind all that you have done, and create the improved version 2 on the same concept! It strengthens the character as well!)
It's just that all morale went out the window when it happened... And getting angry at myself for not setting up my environment correctly on my new system and at Cockos for not having autosave as default...
But I think I'll just start over with another track, I've looped the one I started to many times already
I do love working with Björn's synths, they're truly among the best out there!

Well auto save on Reaper is a cool feature. I however don't use it. I would rather save after a group of edits. Auto save take a huge amount of space if you are working with audio. I do get burned from time to time and in the case of a OSC the auto save files would be small.
Maybe we should create a tool bar button to turn it on and off.

Reaper now supports plugin sandboxing (Preferences -> Plug-ins -> Compatibility -> VST/AU bridging/sandboxing: In separate plug-in process), so you could just sandbox all your plugins to a separate audio process. I don't know how well it works but Bitwig has always done this by default and it is awesome. I've almost never lost any work due to plugin crashes, just restart the audio engine!

I really wanted to put an effort in this month, but my relief at work might not be coming back in for longer than expected. Meaning an extra long streak of shifts and pure exhaustion. Who knows when it'll end. Hasn't really sunk in. Just taking it day by day.
Usually listening to and making music helps me relax, but my lazy nature teaches me to try and prolong the time between shifts by doing nothing. Gives the illusion of a longer break, right?
Anyways, good luck everyone. And I'm sure I'll have a listen to the results once I get a break, hopefully by next month!
