hi there, what's a good affordable vst to change pitch of (male) voice (+12) ?
I don't need robotic or tuning effects
any help is greatly appreciated !!

At some point, all the ones I have get that weird masking-a-voice-on-a-telephone sound--maybe 5-7 semitones is the range before it happens. Kilohearts' Pitch Shifter works well enough. The Waves Vocal Bender is nifty.
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

Pitch Funk can do a couple of semitones on most sounds before it starts becoming more a sound design thing. The ZTX algos in Digital Performer are the best i have heard though for non-resampled pitch alterations, and time stretching. Not sure what else has them though. Not as popular as Z-Plane which can sound quite bad depending on the implementation of them..cough, cough (FL Studio)
