FL Studio pattern playing

When play is pressed and pattern 1 is playing. When i press pattern 2, pattern 2 is playing instantly. The question is is it possible to play patterns like in Reason?

Like when i am in Reason and pattern 1 is playing so when i press pattern 2 (at half pattern1) pattern 1 is played to the end and then pattern 2 start to play?!

You can always set FL in "live" mode, and it will do what you want. Read the manual for details.

ha ha - i know the manual and i know the livemode.
U cannot play one pattern and let it switch to the next
pattern when it ends
either it plays a pattern in loop forver, when u then click on the next one it plays both patterns at the same time or it plays the pattern as one shot

is it possible to queue patterns up in song mode while it is playing ? maybe thats a solution ?

Sorry fo jumping in here, I don't quite see the problem. Wouldn't you use the playlist for this? That's what I do.

I wish pattern switching with the keypad worked as you described. However, with live mode if you press both the keys on your controller, you can turn off one pattern and turn on the next... The change won't take effect till the end of the pattern.
