Ugritone has some stuff that may fit the bill, this one and "Riot Drums" are aimed at that kind of thing, but there's other stuff there that could work too:

They run a lot of specials and stuff too, it's worth joining their mailing list if you're interested. They aren't any more obnoxious about it than anyone else these days, less than some.

Not a bad idea, though I’m trying to find info on any round robin sampling and velocity layers and I’m coming up blank. They say 2800 samples, but across 3 mics and a whole kit that doesn’t sound like a lot. I’ll have to ask them about it. Thanks for the recommendation.
