I've read just now that they're actually giving it a recorder. We might be able to actually record ourselves in LMMS pretty soon. I've even used it for quite a few remixes back in like, 2014.

It's not bad for free, but Linux audio stuff always seems glitchy to me, likely because the audio drivers are hacked together without proper documentation, which isn't their fault.

I've done quite a few remixes on LMMS for some contests on Acidplanet. The LFO made for some great sample-stuttering. Also the ZynSubFX plugin is extremely versatile but kind of confusing.
