No, I think they removed it because it made faithful Reason users mad - they've bought the included REs for $50-100 a piece and new users got them below $10 a piece. Also if they'd keep it up lots of people wouldn't buy REs they're releasing between Reason versions, because they'd wait for them to be included in Suite for significantly reduced price.

It was a good one-off idea to entice users who never used Reason or those that had very old, unused license to buy/uprade respectively & take their toys to other DAW via RRP, which is THE product right now.

Ironically it’s only removed from the Reason shop...You can still buy suite upgrade at most other retailers...it’s currently 225 usd in basket @audio deluxe...from any full version of reason to Reason Suite 11 with free 12!

I mean "removed" as in no longer continued as a Reason variant (like S1 or Cubase Artist vs. Pro) going forward, i.e. there won't be Reason 12 Suite, etc. You obviously get to keep all the awesome toys from 11 Suite, but you won't get Friktion, Algoritm and Pattern Mutator for "free" with 12 Suite like many have hoped for.

BTW, I'm very happy you're discovering Reason and apparently enjoy it!

I am enjoying it...I used it up to about 7 or 8 I think...just before are came in (and rebirth that!) I even still have the Nektar P6 still which at one point only really worked well with Reason! It’s back in full flow! It’s great when you come back to something after being away a while...so much is new and improved, but also some things are the same and familiar...as a 32 inch 4K monitor user, I just needed that HiDPI and scaling....so 12 is good by me!

Just found out I have 65 reward points from Reason so I have about £50 voucher as well (it’s the gift that keeps on giving!) but that reward shop is a bit limited! Do they vary that much? I think the only thing I want that I didn’t get is the pattern mutator...but I can wait for that. Plenty of new stuff to learn/relearn!

^This. I don't know why that was news to Props. It's pretty clear that once you go bundle at discount, you are going to decimate your individual sales. I can count on one hand the NI things that I've purchased outside of a Komplete bundle and I can cite a very specific, personal, and rare reason for each purchase.

I think so. But maybe not all, especially not the newer stuff like Friktion, Algorithm.

It won't work. There are 50 and 25 voucher only. You can use 1 voucher only. So you can get ReSpire for 49. And it the maximum discount.

Cheers! New to this...still, its something for nothing (I didn't even know I had it!) but in that case and with the 30% off sale on a lot of the good stuff, just buying in the sale may be the best option!

Don't! It's buggy, CPU hog (much more than the VST) and workflow is atrocious compared to VST.

Cheers! I read up a little and a few people said that...and it didn't really exploit and rack advantages/cv etc. Just had a voucher to burn
