There is a lot of plugins i have found that have this solo/lead switch that makes every key input end the previous one. sometimes it goes back to the first one when the first key is still held when you release the one that overwrote it.
I have serched everywhere for a Vst that allows this lead-mode feature to output from itself as midi, into any other synth, instead of being the synth itself. I found some Vst midi filters that bypass an specific range, or specific velocities, yet nothing like what im looking for.
does this even exists?

No, this behaviour is just down to how the synth reacts to the notes it receives - and that changes when the synth itself is in mono/glide/porta mode (names may differ), or is simply a mono synth. It's down to the VST to implement this. If the VST doesn't support it, you won't get that feature, and the notes will simply be played as received.

The "MIDI" of which you speak is just the notes you are feeding that synth. It's down to the synth itself how it reacts to them.

Exactly - it's the key/note/voice stealing algo last... but this actually belongs in the instruments forum (even though this behaviour is not specific to plugins at all, not to mention VSTs specifically), not the effects one..

Sounds like a simple mono setting to me
