I think I might be having a bit of a slow-brain day.. I purchased the Mu device through the VSTbuzz deal, but they only provided me with a code which can't be put in the iLok activation window since it has letters and the activation codes are only numbers.

I've asked both Pulsar Audio and VSTbuzz for support but that could take days - is there something I can do get this activated?

Is it a code for registering wuth Pulsar who then send you the ilok code

There isn't a user account system on the pulsar audio website that I can find, so do you mean I send it to them through the normal support channels?

I've since found out, from Pulsar Audio, that vstbuzz are sending out incorrect codes. So it isn't me being dumb, as usual. Of course PA are in contact with vstbuzz to sort this out quickly as other customers are suffering the same problem.

Yeah the documentation sent with the license wasn't great.. apparently we go here to turn it into an iLok code.
