N1M is a scam? MySpace is down! Is that related?!

I have received email from a "fan" asking me to upload a very old song I uploaded to MySpace maybe back in 2003 or 2004!

I searched the net and found some articles about it, like this one:

I sensed a spam/scam but the name of the song was correct (that was in MySpace), so how they got it? How they got my email?!
I went to MySpace, and surprise! It is down! In the article they mentioned that two programmers are behind hacking ... etc.

Anyway, I have marked it as spam, so I hope I won't receive more from them! So, be careful! Don't believe that beautiful (teen) girls are so crazy about your old tracks!

I'm still receiving something every once in a while.
About the website, well I have an account with a song of 1 minute of total silence.
Yet I get (seldom) feedback messages about people saying they love my song... that should say it all
