Anyone have any experience with these plugins? Are they any different than other stock eqs and comps?

I'm sure everyone here needs another channel strip like they need a hole in the head, but just wondering if there was anything special with these, or is all the work in the UI?

I use them within Studio One 5 Pro. I pretty much love them, but I can't say if they sound like the real thing this I haven't heard the real thing. What I can say is that the results I get with them are better than usual stock plugins. I even got the expansion set with the other compressors and eqs which have their own character.

Best way would be to test them out. I don't know if there is a demo for the plugins, but you could try the demo for Studio One 5 and in that they should be included.

They are mediocre at best compared to other emulations of the same hardware. No need to get them if you already have compression covered by a few decent plugins tbh.
