We had some short email conversation on XILS stuff in the past, and he was such a helpful and friendly guy.
And he left quite a heritage in presets almost everywhere.

Laurent was always full of energy, especially when it came to supporting Xils. When there was a thread about Xavier Oudin and stolen code from Fabrice Gabriel, he wrote to me privately and told me his view of things. That's why I always thought he must be quite young, maybe 20 or 30 
I mean there is no picture or anything of him... even on the website. He always seemed to be very keen not to show too much private stuff. It's actually a pity that so little was known about him...
