iLok (software version)?

Can someone confirm: does having this mean I have to "log in" somehow just to register it, or do I have to do that every time I use it?

Just to register it. But, software version can be machine or cloud, it depends on the plugin. If it's cloud, you need to be online when loading the plugin.

If you mean subscription stuff, I'd rather eat dirt. So basically iLok is like Native Access it sounds like, an online registration.

for most things, you just have to get it into ilok manager and working. after that you can be offline.
