I got Pigments 3 last month during it's introductory offer and I've been loving using it. The presets are dope. I've used Pigments 3 in about 95 percent of my production since getting it.

I just want to know what are your favorite instrument plugins?

Spire and Largo. I bought quite a few synths after those, but, I always get back to those two.

Hive2, Phase Plant.

Hive2 is the first synth I tend to reach for, it sounds great and is really quick to dial in sounds. Phase Plant is great if you need to do Cross Modulation (which Hive2 doesn't do) and want to go deep into creating custom effect setups.

I have Pigments3 and would say it's a great synth but a bit heavy on CPU compared to others. It does have a lot of different sound generators, which is probably only matched by hybrid synths like Avenger and Rapid. Some day Phase Plant will also likely get the Granular sound generator!

Halion 6 - not sure if that counts. It's got 14 instruments, 34 effects, and you can make your own too.
Anyways - that's #1.

Other favorites are: Matrix 12V, Massive X, Largo, and Synclavier V.

Almost made the list - Pigments 3. It's just missing one thing. If that's added some time, it'll be on the list too.

It's hilarious how quick we all are to jump onto these threads. It's a sickness, I'm sure, and I am feeling decided unwell. I could happily make music for the rest of my life with just the following, I reckon -

- JP6K sounds amazingly good and is so easy to work with
- Union also sounds great, although it's annoying to patch
- TRK-01 Bass is so much better than you'd think, given how simple it seems
- Korg's ARP Odyssey has an amazing sound that I find useful in all kinds of situations
- bx_oberhausen is another I find indispensible for the sheer ballsiness of its sound
- Hexeract is a synth I really like but it can be a bit flakey so I'd hesitate to recommend it
- Thorn is my favourite of all the more complicated synths, it's my back-stop

Right now I am using Invader quite a bit but that might just be because I only just got it. I'll see how I feel about it in a few weeks before I decide if it's as good as it seems to be now. I think it probably will be.

I don't own it because I am very very poor  but I love U-he's Repro-1.

Of the instruments I own, I would say my favourite is Odin2 by The Wavewarden because of its versatility.
