I'm not into those, trite melodies, cornball.
the only things I remember having to sing in school were show tunes this one teacher was really into, Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair, You'll Never Walk Alone... I think Obladi is melodically a better model than those actually.
I don't typically sit still for predictable tonal melody for very long, if we're going to aesthetics. And V7-I gets old fast, here. So

im talking 4-11 years btw
mixed in with catholic (read long assed) hymns.
just those 3 songs, never once did a decent singer get yesterday as a solo!
being from just up the road (about 10 miles) they were almost as big as the j man himself here. and still are to a certain extent. in the extreme hero worship. whereas churches all be closing!

schools where I was raised-not-raised didn't take music as seriously as that
I think sightsinging/eartraining should be part of the curriculum. the ones with a tin ear can get a written excuse from home or something, as one does for gym class.

It's that over the top. We've moved just a bit beyond innuendo, me thinks. But ok, it's at least as good as this...vurt wrote: Sat Jun 12, 2021 9:05 amDaimonicon wrote: Fri Jun 11, 2021 11:05 pmAnd some white sticky in your pants.vurt wrote: Fri Jun 11, 2021 10:50 pm well damn

That one's made the rounds, I think that it's in my thread that I'm too lazy to reboot.melomood wrote: Sat Jun 12, 2021 9:52 pm Hey Everybody! It's Summertime! Let's have some fun!!

I think that you could mix this up with the Cardi B track though, no?

You've obviously never played the rest of the album that this was on - it's the best track.

Quite proud of that, actually.Googly Smythe wrote: Mon Jun 14, 2021 10:00 amYou've obviously never played the rest of the album that this was on
Bay City Rollers-anything.
Some stupid song I wrote after a breakup when I was 22 or so. It was so bad, my recording partner and I would reference it for years afterward and laugh and shudder in unison.

I'm aware, gs. I couldn't choose one, so I went with all of them. But thanks for making sure I follow the rules.
