I know the feeling, I admitted btw, that hitfilm was not a very good result. I was going to post that, but maybe Blender is just the better product. It's too bad, because it seemed fun to use. Blender is a scary 3d program and its cerebral quality is like an ominous gatekeeper of complex secrets :(.

Also, I forgot to add. I did make the haas plug-in that I Promised I'd make; and used it in the making of this video. I'll build a GUI for it. The making of this video was start and stop due to quality problems and diagnosing the issue was problematic. In the way of video however, I'll say that you could only use the ms difference by 1-2 ms and keeping a seemingly natural sound.

Here's the ultimate, fastest guide to blender video editing ever made. All the videos I saw on youtube included deprecated features or settings and hotkeys. I made sure that this method is recent and will be something that will likely always work.

Make sure to have your fps the same for all videos. Make sure to have the sample rate the same for all audio in videos, if you do not, change that in handbrake. I do not recommend handbrake for de-noising; it throws the audio sync off.

https://youtu.be/MbNgpxu1RRM

Enjoy this fast tutorial that will provide you with instant results. Blender is the video editor to use, be as excited as I was when I made this video and get started using blender as your video editor today.

Thanks :)

And btw, in the next video; I'm going to show how to make some really nice image sequences.

What is an image sequence?
kingozrecords wrote:An image sequence is often a set of images that serve to create an animation. They are often timed to match a certain fps, in other words; there would be one image per frame; so that collection or series of images becomes a sequence that provides a complex animation effect that can easily be an overlay above the video.

This could be really handy for things like subscribe notifications, or you could also make a nice animated sequence showing on the bottom or top left mentioning the name of the video, especially handy of someone is watching a playlist; or the video is embedded, because unlike when in youtube; there is no descriptive title above the embedded video (like in this forum).

Image sequences are commonly saved and accessed in their own folder
There are two programs that excel in the output of these image sequences.

I will go over how to do the same thing in both
Photoshop and Videopad.

Obviously, Blender is a gamechanger for video processing, and it's arguable that Videopad is obsolete in light of this (the video quality is not as good); however, it's a very nice tool for saving and making image sequences because of the intuitive interface which will allow you to see this animation on a timeline with a preview window.

In contrast, while Photoshop (or the antique Image Ready) can serve to do the same thing, because it is harder to see the end product, except maybe via the imagination; it will take trial and error a necessity; resulting in a hampered workflow.

The nice thing about an image sequence is that (provided you have not resized your images and you've avoided too much aliasing) the effect is very clean and modern; like that of vector imagery.

I had talked about x media recode in this post, but its denoiser is obsolete and it's qp setting is unreliable. A lot of promise but too many quirks.

This video is good for understanding what auto white balance is doing. I'll remake it soon because the video is poor quality.

This is an interesting tut that does the bokeh effect in a different way. I don't like the bokeh effect, but if you wanted to use it, you could but I would learn from the last tut and combine the two methods maybe.

Here's the final level of quality I was able to achieve:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LtUnkeopUk

##### OBS Recording settings

##### Video Properties (also set exposure in video config to -5 :P)

##### Video Filters

##### Infognition's Video Enhancer 2.2 (free from infognition.com)
Next I used the plugin mmx dynamic denoise reduction by Stephen Henk, I set that to 8. I left the video on the default x264 settings but set to output to mp4 and I added the intro credits with bandicut at 10 mbps cbr 24fps h264 with aac 192.

This will be the last video tut I'll make because I am now happy with the quality I achieved with a cheap laptop.

Here's everything you need to make an intro just like mine in videopad (see below). I use the older version 5.2.0 because it's very stable and I don't have to second guess it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rd9jMkroQQI

While videopad is ok, the graphic quality of it leaves a few things to be desired, it's ok for making intros though, if you're making a vector intro; tbh if it's using footage however another product is better. There's a kind of de-interlacing going on that causes pixels to be grouped in a kind of linear-blend fashion that's a bit too oldschool imo. If you however are dealing with perfected 4k video it's passable, yet the effect is still present.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing
Included is the copyright free music, animated sequence, and various public domain videos used. I'll add the video authors name to this posting in a few minutes also.

And if you want to make a 3d animated logo instead of just using a font (I used canada, streetcred, and century gothic btw, maybe calibri also) I recommend the 3d animation maker by aurora3d. Here's a coupon link that saves you 27 cad:
https://dealschief.com/go/4079/
kingozrecords wrote:The one interesting thing about aurora 3d animation maker is that it allows outputting raw video. This means that the background of the avi video has no background and the background will be transparent. It means that though the software looks dated it rises above any other just for practicality. I might also add that you are not confined to using fonts furthermore, it also has the ability to apply the same effects an stylizations to .svg files.

Here's the difference between RTX Voice and RN Noise:

What's really interesting is that Nvidia is so temperamental, but assuming you can make your system perfectly synchronous; you're golden.

Here's a filter-less example of what I did with obs studio and then video enhancer 2 with a true hd 1920 by 1080 webcam. There's a big difference, especially if monitor mounted because you have to re-configure every time for a laptop. I'll be a pro in a few weeks - no doubt.

I test a lot, and I try to ensure that whatever I place on KVRaudio is 100%, but I've been surprised as of late when getting into what an NVidia GPU can do with a webcam. TBH, better framerate is only something you'll notice if you set the bitrate higher (at least 25,000+).

So, I see no choice but to eventually remake all of these videos and tutorials, because of the fact that you would need to proceed with NVidia in a totally different way. So I'll replace them all to reflect both card types probably with some improvements and better picture quality. There is one caveat perhaps though I would mention: Perhaps recording with a good NVidia at huge bitrate at high FPS and then postprocessing with an AMD is best? Likely the best scenario in My mind, though Nvidia GTX quality is a bit dodgy, I've heard RTX has improved; glad to hear that.

I hope to soon replace My laptops HD webcam to FHD, I know that HP has a few models about; it's merely a matter of finding the right chip. There's also the matter of that the laptop would strain at the level of processing however; albeit handy perhaps. My upgrade to the better camera was not in the form of a external cam; but instead a monitor with one built in. It's one of those eye care screens; I've had laser eye and was experiencing eye fatigue, night and day now - I'm a believer in blue light reduction tech.

Here's a simple method to replace your MP4's audio with a .bat (batch) file and ffmpeg. I found this useful after remastering the mic track from an obs video.
Concatenating (merging two mp4 together) was not as fruitful however, with a different example - But, it's possible!

I will write a working batch for that soon too because it is faster than bandicut. I may even sell a program to do that for 5 dollars.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/12Q0Cut ... sp=sharing
Info is in the .zip file. I use this for all videos I make and then I use Bandicut to splice the intro and the video together.

However, another batch file would be handier - and faster.

Edit: Totally impossible with either MP4box or ffmpeg to merge videos. Unless you came across a very unique method of rendering. I tried every variation. I hear Avisynth was an ffmpeg fork, and furthermore mp4box sees various edits by ffmpeg as being errors; so, of those two; perhaps avisynth may be better.

Bandicut is the only product I have tried that merges without error. Fastest if you have a quick nvidia card. But nvidia cards have artifacts on video, so maybe a computer with amd is best for the cam.

But here's My own humble craft; a program that merges MP4 files together for only $5:
https://dspplug.com/downloads/dspplug-mp4joiner/

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPAJUODis-0

You can use it on as many PC's as you like and it's fast. It does not just merge but it also can replace audio, but is limited to three segments max for now; I could make it more though.
