looking for audio triggered envelope shaper (not transient designer to make drums more or less punchy)

Hi, I am looking for something that can impose a different envelope on a signal but importantly it is free running and triggered by the incoming audio to change the envelope of that incoming audio. I dont want something for beats

To give an example - imagine someone randomly singing "Baaa" and Taaa", when the processor receives that sound it imposes a volume envelope onto that sound so that the sound slowly fades in. Or a guitar goes from having a hard pick attack to fading in like a violin.

is there something that can do that?

What DAW do you use? OS? Cubase has an envelope shaper and I'd be surprised if most other DAWs didn't have one.

Bitwig, S1, Reaper - don't think they have what I want

You are really funny. In the other track you got a bunch of transient shapers suggested and said it is not what you want. Here you end up saying yourself that the Bitwig transient control (which is nothing else but a transient shaper) is what you were looking for although you were suggested something else (an envelope follower). Out of your desription you do want a transient shaper, but controlled/modulated by a different signal. Easy peasy in Bitwig. Put it in a chain and use a side chain to get the modulation signal…

what I found mostly were plugins that did not really alter the envelope with much control but rather made the transient louder or softer, sometimes across different frequency ranges. As i explored the various solutions people mentioned I realised I wanted something like a triggered ADSR. Which Bitwig offers in a very easy to use plugin. Also something like LFOTool (i think) or Duck (definitely) seem to do the job. Often times products dont allow easy sidechaing and often times they dont allow audio triggering (eg Gatekeeper, which would be perfect if it did)
