Apogee Pultec?

It's currently on sale. (Native plugin).
Those few that have it seem to hold it in high regard. I have a practical question:

1) If I buy Apogee Pultec Bundle (native), would I be able to run these plugins through the Apogee FX Rack? I don't own any Apogee hardware but would like to be able to control input and output gain "internally". IOW, does Apogee Pultec come bundled with the Fx Rack?
2) If it does, can I run both EQP-1A and MEQ-5 through the sigle instance of the Fx Rack?

So far, it doesn't seem those plugins can run in the rack natively, unless I'm missing something in the demo.
