MIDI Note Filter (as an effect, not Instrument)

Hi,

Anyone knows of a MIDI notes filter that is an effect?
I have an effect plugin that is triggered by MIDI, but i want it to only respond to a certain MIDI note.

Perhaps I did not quite understand the question, but this plugin can work exactly as a midi filter. You add it to the track and it filters the midi events coming to that track.
Even in its description it says that this is a "MIDI Effect Plugin".
The keyboard in this plugin simply acts as a visual helper.

It is what you describe, but it can only be loaded as an instrument (despite having "Effect" in the name), and control the midi notes being fed to the instrument that is placed after it in the chain.
I need exactly the same functionality, just a plugin that can be loaded as an effect, and control the midi notes that are going to effects instead of instruments

I guess I'm used to Reaper, in which there is no division into instrument and effect tracks.
However, I used it as the first plug-in in the chain on a track that received midi events from another track just to control another effect (Glitch2)
