Hi,
Anyone knows of a MIDI notes filter that is an effect?
I have an effect plugin that is triggered by MIDI, but i want it to only respond to a certain MIDI note.
Thank you

Perhaps I did not quite understand the question, but this plugin can work exactly as a midi filter. You add it to the track and it filters the midi events coming to that track.ferez21 wrote: Wed Jun 30, 2021 6:04 pm Thanks for the suggestion but this one loads as an instrument, I need one that loads as an effect![]()
Even in its description it says that this is a "MIDI Effect Plugin".
The keyboard in this plugin simply acts as a visual helper.

It is what you describe, but it can only be loaded as an instrument (despite having "Effect" in the name), and control the midi notes being fed to the instrument that is placed after it in the chain.Telematix wrote: Wed Jun 30, 2021 6:48 pmPerhaps I did not quite understand the question, but this plugin can work exactly as a midi filter. I need exactly the same functionality, just a plugin that can be loaded as an effect, and control the midi notes that are going to effects instead of instruments
I will check that, thanks

I guess I'm used to Reaper, in which there is no division into instrument and effect tracks.ferez21 wrote: Wed Jun 30, 2021 7:06 pm I need exactly the same functionality, just a plugin that can be loaded as an effect, and control the midi notes that are going to effects instead of instruments![]()
However, I used it as the first plug-in in the chain on a track that received midi events from another track just to control another effect (Glitch2)
