ROLI Equator 2 Installation

Hi, anybody has the problem with installation as me - registered it with ROLI connect but there is only an open-button (next to installation of libraries), but I want to install the software as VST x64.dll for DAW (Ableton) - open let me only work in standalone mode, what I dont need! No chance to get a installation-button in order to do it like ROLI or plugin boutique described the installation process. ROLI support is dead. Any idea? Logging out/in, re-install, rebooting my pc makes no difference. Due the open fact there is no dll file in eg steinberg folder where it was located at equator 1. I am frustrated. Cheers

I couldn't install it either, because something about a restored installation after a rollback of the OS borked it. Unfortunately I don't remember what changed it, it was an obscure file I won't have known about except via their support, which took a few days to get. Even if I did know the location, it wouldn't be that under windows.

Thanks for reply. I solved it this morning - simple solution is I didnt recognize to look into my vst3 folder within Ableton - it seems Equator 2 has no vst2 dlls and the program as it seems no installation itself, except the libraries. Works!

Hopefully they've fixed the install by now, but in my case it wouldn't open or work until I'd installed the libraries, which they don't mention. A real pain in the ass!
