The room sounds REALLY phasey/weird to me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Does this bring the CPU to its knees like Acustica's other stuff?

Unfortunately yes. It takes quite a CPU hit, especially compared to Slate VSX, which I use and definitely prefer to Sienna (only used the free version of Sienna though).Russell Grand wrote: Mon Jul 12, 2021 9:05 am Does this bring the CPU to its knees like Acustica's other stuff?

You may want to consider just getting it since it's free. Or, just go through the process to have it in your account but not download it. Reason: if you decide to use it (or sell itRussell Grand wrote: Tue Jul 13, 2021 10:58 pmThanks for the reply. Think I'll skip it.adl wrote: Mon Jul 12, 2021 10:55 amUnfortunately yes. Once you downloaded Aquarius, our product manager, you can also take advantage of other freebies like Coral BAX, Tan (free compressor), Coffee (free) and Titanium Basstard.jkmarks wrote: Tue Jul 13, 2021 11:17 pm I may try this since I've never tried a similar product before. And is 'free', sooo...

That makes a lot of sense. If I update my setup in the next year or two, I may end up really regretting not picking this up. You might want to make sure you can sell some of these free plug-ins. In some cases, other devs offer them with "not-for-resale" licenses. I'm not sure if Acustica does the same, but I do know that some of their free plug-ins aren't the same as the "full" version. They're always freebies and aren't worth as much as you'd hope on the re-sale market.Russell Grand wrote: Wed Jul 14, 2021 3:06 amThat makes a lot of sense. I do wonder as VSX user (which I love, can hear 0,5dB moves on low end) - why would I want to use this with them?
Just wondering, no downpushing or trolling.
