LOL!!! Uhhh... sure. I can totally believe that their literal dozens upon dozens of hardware products add nothing to their bottom line.
Not sure where you wanna' take this. I was merely stating (tongue in cheek, and clearly joking) that American companies usually draw the ire of customers all over the world as being sneaky, yet here we have a Swedish company that seems to have been labelled as such. It was supposed to be ironic.

No.
Studio One is German, but bought by Presonus.
Presonus is a huge & quite succesful American hardware company, now also developing software.

To be fair, Studio One was never German, KristalLabs was though, or what was the name of the DAW, KRISTAL Audio...something

it totally is German/Irish, since it is developed by PreSonus Software Ltd, a German/Irish company.starflakeprj wrote: Wed Jul 14, 2021 8:42 pm To be fair, Studio One was never German, KristalLabs was though, or what was the name of the DAW, KRISTAL Audio...something![]()

but at the end it doesnt matter where it comes from
it comes from the world and we are living on the planet
in different places
but we are all share this planet among each other
so i think the correct answer is, Presonus was inveted from a human

Since the discussion was about a company’s marketing and business decisions, it doesn’t really matter a flip where it is programmed, or what tax avoidance strategies they employ, The marketing and business decisions are made in cajunland. So the original reverse stereotype point is just as weird as it was, but it stands.
