this is truly great.

I feel a bit guilty - I have the feeling this is for Guitar Player readers only. I think I'll go out tomorrow and buy it, just to salve my conscience.

Last month I was *this* close to buying Tracktion.

Now I'll get sucked in and end up buying T2 at twice the price

someone found a manual on the mackie site somewhere.

You might be able to find the post by doing a search for finalmix manual in the rawmaterial forum.

Otherwise try just going to the final mix product page.

This is great! I was very into Tracktion when it was still early 1.0 versions, but didn't buy it at the end because it was just too weak in midi area, and I was thinking about switching to VSTs from Reason. Well, after playing with various VSTs for a long time I decided I'll rather stick with Reason for now, so all I need right now is really good audio recorder. Tracktion is perfect for this job, and now I've got it for free

And with Reason 3 on the way, I'm very happy

I just hope they won't abandon V1 when V2 comes, because if I understand correctly the protection scheme, I'll need new key each time I change my computer configuration, right? I will probably buy V2 once, if it will be good, but not so soon yet. (especially not right after I upgrade my computer, because I'll have no money then

)

I don't actually think so.

My huch is that it's going to be what we have now, only polished and extended.

Of course we don't know what extras mackie are going to thro in to sweeten the pot, but I think we could make the mistake of getting too excited here.

Try rescanning your plug-in folders. Then look in the filters list, it should be towards the top of the list with the Tracktion plugs.

Nope. Wasn't there. And I downloaded the bigger file with examples. I'm using it on OSX though, so maybe that's why??
