I dont think sonible products are ilok-ed tho - none of mine are. Haven't installed one for a while so I cant remember how it goes, but definitely they are not in my ilok account

i tried smart:reverb, it was cool but i'm faster with Pro-R, and imo Pro-R is more flexible

they're not, but their copy protection is Pace-based so you need Pace shit installed anyway (and that's also what's likely holding back M1 native)

I wouldn't get either. Love both companies, but reverb is one that I want creative control over.
I use sonible's smart:eq3 and smart:comp because those are tedious tasks, but reverb is fun so I'll retain decision-making for myself.

I don't get why AI should decide what reverb I should use. However, I could forgive the pointless automated functionality if the fundamental sound was amazing, but it's not - Smart Reverb sounds so metallic and so bland, ugh.

(SmartEQ and SmartComp are great)
