I'm sure it's not a conspiracy, but rather something to do with e-mail protocol. ;) Glad you got it, though.

Yep! sorry, Andreas, osx is a no go for the moment, you need to talk with the Mackie guys as they are the only guys who think they know what they are doing.

I used T in 2K - its now in the recycle bin. :D

Yes, as far as I know FinalMix hasn't been realesed yet with the MAC-version, but I'm on PC.

Thanks Dreibel, I was about to pay for it (I've installed the demo a week ago...), so this deal is just fantastic !

I don't know whether I like the interface yet, does seem to waste too much space IMO, but maybe that's just because I haven't looked into possible optimizations yet.
I surely don't like "in place editing" as the only choice for MIDI editing. It's a welcomed addition in Cubase SX 3 now, but usually my arrange is zoomed much smaller than what I'd need for MIDI editing, so extra editors with extra size levels are more or less some sort of must for me.

Anyways, that Final Mix plugin was worth the download alone IMO. This defenitely can't be beaten at the price. Haven't got all around it yet, but it seems to be a good sounding and flexible device.

Yeah I'm downloading to play with FinalMix and possibly use it as an alternative mastering program.

Last time I demo'd this version I ran a mile, but it can't hurt to smack EnergyXT in it as a VSTi and then make use of FinalMix for mastering.

Sounds like a fair compromise. :D

Then again - it was free so I would have downloaded it anyway. :hihi:

where is final mix? I can't seem to find it, and it's not in the 'ignored files' list.
And where do I put it when I use it?
