I wanted to use Reason's NN-XT to do some simple synthesis, but it turns out that it's not very easy to find single-cycle waveforms with Google. Of course, I could just make them using something like Sound Forge, but I was hoping to use some not-so-digital saws and squares. Can anyone help me out?

I^ve got an old ARP axxe, its got saw and pulse(with pwm)

If you want I can also sample the osc of a sequential circuit prophet-5 at my school

email me realmarco^at^videotron.ca

dont forget to mention that I know you from kvr(I get alot of emails)

There were several musicians asking for waveforms, so we´ve did the "Experimental Waveform Box" a while ago. Find more details here http://www.backintimerecords.de/bitr023.htm and you can request the PDF doc with the complete waveform listing. The waveforms are taken from synths like Minimoog, Korg MS20 etc. and there aren´t just single cycles to make the most of them. Many waveforms are multisampled, some are one-shots and there are completely new designed waveforms too.

Maybe you can make use of some of these:

There's a few zips inside, the ones with an "SF" index are sampled by myself, contain mapped samples (usually octaves) and EXS patches in addition. The other zip called "cycled" contains a whole bunch of small waveforms I got from ampfea.org, couldn't be arsed to look for a download link, so I felt free to include them. They're a whole bunch but perhaps not of much use as they all only are single samples, so your sampler will have to do all the pitching - which, as we all know, might result in quite some aliasing.
There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.
