Hi,
I read on a german website that the newly updates Banyface Pro FS has coverters which result in umrather fatigueing high end and I was wondering if anyone has any experiences with it.
On the same sentence they say the converters can compete with the high end competition and now Im not sure what to think.
People told me that UAD has more silky high end compares to RME but I cant imagine what that means especially wouldnt high end interfaces have a good top end?

I basicly plan to record synth stuff and just vocals from time to time. Firstly I plan to add a TD-3 to my setup for my EDM/Techno production but Im not sure what interface to upgrade to now when I read that review which confuses me? Would the sound be better on a UAD Apollo Solo (yeah its not the same league like the Babyface but I really dont need the UAD plugins).

I would appreciate every bit of help. Thank you.

I have no idea, but RME has more interfaces models than the Babyface Pro FS.

Well, I have BFP and I'd not describe it at "top heavy" but I'm really not sure of the version you are referring to. One thing to consider, as good as RME (I've had tremendous luck for a VERY long time) is that they are very "country" centric around where you originate. For example, here in states, they are basically ignored. It's up to the "dealer" which you bought it from for service.

So, though I'm not trying to pass judgement, I just wanted to mention.
