Ilok key and authorization on pc

Hello, I have a question regarding the use and functionality of an ilok usb key and authorization on a pc. Is it possible to have part of the authorizations on the pc and another part with an ilok key? Are the two ways of doing together ilok key and PC authorization compatible or risk of conflict?

Yes, its possible. You can also use multiple iLoks. No conflict Im aware of.

You can select authorization type per license, not globally or anything. And I have never run into any conflicts either.
Just be careful that some licenses are restricted to certain types of activations. For example, some cannot be activated using the online account. This should always be specified somewhere in System Requirements section at the place you are buying the license from.

Some licenses are also unavailable for the first generation Ilok.
