This is the best polyphonic pitch shifter, better on polyphonic material than Eventide, Lexicon, zplane etc. It does chords with very little artifacts.

Or if you're not tied to software, there was a now discontinued pedal by Morpheus called the Bomber pedal.
It works incredibly well and pretty undetectable on close shifts, and works all the way to 2) 8ve up and down and a dive bomber down 3) 8ve.
