Trigger (LFO mode): the LFO can have various trigger modes:

o Arpeggiators: played or sent MIDI notes play no part in this mode. Only internal notes
played by Avengers arpeggiator itself triggers the LFO. This mode is also monophone
as only one LFO is playing at any time. It is simply being retriggered.
o Drum sq: this mode is identical to the arpeggiators mode with one difference,
Avengers internal drum sequencer triggers the LFO.

o Drums: in this sub-menu you can select any one of the 12 drumslots as triggers. For
instance, the bass drum. This means whenever the bass drum sounds the LFO is
started. A well known example of this would be a volume fade in on osc 1 (sidechain
effect) or also other destinations such as filter, pitch, reverb send amount etc.

Evolution records was awesome full stop, I'd love to see loads of the synth presets included in Avenger. The current Happy Hardcore expansion isn't happy hardcore at all, its UK Hardcore. Happy hardcore is from the 1990's

North East England here and we had much love for Evolution Records. Having very prominent rave clubs and MC culture. It did die off then Makina exploded for it to happen all over again mid 00's. Scene is back on form with the likes of Monta Musica, Rewired and loads of others doing revival nights. Lots of producers making new material, Tike being my favourite.

They are similar as far as the color but if you look closely the Nextgen skin by Vlad Shnyrev (who also did the "Flat" skin which is included with Avenger) is more on the flat side. I already have that Stefken skin which is very good in it's own way. The site where I initially got the Nextgen skin is no longer up and I forgot to keep the file when I switched computers. But thank you for your reply. Hopefully someone comes along with a link or a file...

I have some weird VST3 version issues.

If using a pitch bender in a VPS Avenger VST3 preset, the next loaded preset loads out of tune, so I need to reset it by moving the pitch bender again.

That only happens with VPS Avenger VST3.

I had an email conversation with their support, but without any solution to my problem.

I want to ask if this is a common/documented bug, or am I alone with this bug?

Using the VSP Avenger 1.7 and Cubase Pro 10.5 with a lot of RAM on PC.

I have no probe using the VSP Avenger VST2, but from the computer resource standing point, the VST3 version should be much more CPU-friendly.

I hope someone can shed some light on this one.

I was well into my Scott Brown and Evolution Records over 20 years ago. I used to collect vinyls of Evolution, Twisted Vinyl, Screwdriver records, etc.. had loads of them, still have a few actually.

Also still listen to Scotts *newer* stuff - Neckbreaker, Elysium on spotify in the car just this week.

Awesome one request for vps avenger 2.0 would be a oscillator that we can do phase modulation make some nice basses. Make a separate module that would be an oscillator that can have phase modulation

Just my very own opinion, but the latest Avenger expansions bring no excitement in me. The sounds I can hear have a sense of deja-vu that I’ve not heard in the previous expansions.
Every new expansion used to mean ”I need this right now” to me. Bring Mirko Ruta and Marcel Susenburger in your team back please !!
