I've been working on a new series of reverbs effects for the past year now, targeting ambient sounds with long tails and slow modulations, they come in three flavours:
- BLZ-Mauve (https://blz.sbrk.org/mauve), a chorused reverb,
- BLZ-Coral (https://blz.sbrk.org/coral), an echoing reverb
- BLZ-Amber (https://blz.sbrk.org/amber), a pitchshifted reverb.
I initially worked on this project for my own sounds, and ended up transforming them in plug-ins. Internals come from studying DSP literature and experiments of my own, trying to push algorithm pieces in weird directions until it sounds interesting. I've tried to keep the design clean and responsive.
They are available as a free demo with a 30 seconds limit on DAW tracks, or can be bought to unlock them (25€ each, 60€ for the pack of three); it's likely a better idea to try them first as this is an early release (tested on Logic, Live, FL & Cubase, but I may have missed little issues).
Supported formats:
Windows: VST3 (signed installers)
Mac OS: VST3, AU (compatible with Catalina and Big Sur x86, signed packages)
Though I've tried to make the installation process simple, I'm aware some antivirus softwares don't recognise the installers yet, so if you are the very first to run them, you may have to struggle a bit more (once it is in the database of your antivirus, others will benefit from your initial scan). Sorry for this in advance.
Feel more than welcome to give it a shot @ https://blz.sbrk.org/ (https://blz.sbrk.org/) ; any feedback or suggestion would be very helpful! I hope I didn't miss anything huge but I expect to have some homework based on your feedbacks.
