I've just downloaded it and I'm playing around with it. This is the one. Loop recording! Finally. That along with every other feature known to man. This is one serious sequencer. And I agree the demo song is very nice, and interestingly "pop" sounding. Very nice indeed. I still haven't been able to get at the new registration yet though. That's cool, I'm sure I'll get it in a few days and until then, I'll give myself a break and just screw around with all the new stuff.

There is only one mirror for the state of Tennessee. It reports 4.5.2 in the link, but if you click on it, you'll find it's a 5.0 installer. Try that....djguido wrote:I don't get it.....when I click on the link to download FL5, the link takes me to tucows but it says its 4.5.2......thats the version I have already.

Yep! The loop record is hot! the best I have used yet. I can loop record 4 bars then extend it to 8 bars with out having to stop recording! Now that's loop recording done right. No need to record in Sonar no more, except maybe vocals, using the DXi. Great job Fruity Team.TeeLangSun wrote:I've just downloaded it and I'm playing around with it. This is the one. Loop recording! You know before you would record and the pattern would keep going into silence. Now you can say maybe 4 bars have it repeat while recording midi and add on top of it,with undo and you can add more channels while still recording. this is great for drums and when you have hot synth ideas. keeps the creative juices working. Try it and be prepared to be in heaven.origami wrote:hey can you explain exactly what's that loop recording issue?
