Any old Acid Pro users give version 10 a chance?
What have your experiences been thus far?

I'm old but not Acid PRO user, however I have 10 a go few weeks back and while on paper it's interesting, I couldn't get past the outdated interface. But if I was on a budget and didn't wanted Reaper of free Cakewalk, it would definitely be in top-3.Petros93 wrote: Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:39 am Any old Acid Pro users give version 10 a chance?

I picked up a couple of ACID Pro 8 licenses recently to replace ACID Pro 7,which was the last x86 program I had in my DAWs...
I can't use ACID Pro 10 because I am on Windows 7...
The new MAGIX GUI is hideous, but I can put up with it in order to have the x64 application...
I've done a lot of multimedia work using ACID Pro 7,so it's nice to have the x64 version to update that work...
I like ACID for multimedia projects where I'm using loops and making soundscapes, but as a regular DAW for MIDI and audio recording,it doesn't cut it for me...
There's much better DAWs around for that purpose
