By "really analogue" do you mean out of tune and lots of ground hum/noise/scratchy pots?

Monark sounds analog to me, check out Synapse synths too. Arturia bundle has some great synths in it. Not Sylenth, nope.

Where's the contradiction in asking for advice about digital emulations of analog synths?

you know digital audio recreates all waves back into analog sound, right? one is not listening to a "digitally stepped wave"
